Best Cheesecake - Mango Cheesecake Recipe
Only change I made was that I used the mango pulp rather than actual mango
didn’t use the coconut flavoring since it was optional
and that’s about it. Good luck!

Question for hte bakers–anyone ever use the disposable aluminum pans for baking?

and really want to make it. except it’s 3 layers, I’m still new to this so I don’t want to tweak the recipe to cut it down to 2 layers, but I don’t want to buy a 3rd pan…thoughts ???

It should be fine, just make sure to grease & flour it well. It may come out a little darker on the edges than your other layers, but it’s not a big deal. You may want to check it a few mins earlier for doneness than the other pans.
