On another note there appears to be some consternation among some here that dhoni didn’t deserve MOM for 1st ODI. I think India was 29 for 5. Other than this chance he played flawless cricket. I saw the entire innings. He was simply awesome. Turned on the after burners at right time. Made it a contest single handedly.

Dhoni deserved the MOM in the First Match.
I think the issue is that Ajmal deserved MOM in the Last match for his 5 wickets.**
