Well i don't think the Mongols would have stopped till Cairo..which would have marked the end of Muslim civilisation as we know it..in addition I am sure the Crusaders would have exploited the situation as well..it's one of those what ifs in history..if Muslim raiders had won at Tours then..essentially Europe would have fallen.
