Garm , garm pakoras in barish taste good.
The background is like this:
majority of folks from IndoPak subcontinent earned their living via crops and their crops were dependent on rain. So it was a cause of celebration when it rained in the beginning of season.
The rich folks would celebrate by making Kachorian which was an expensive deal for poor farmers so they would copy the rich landlord and would celebrate the rain by making pakoray instead of kachorian.

I think its a ritual associated with monsoon season. Hot weather prevails right before monsoon hits the subcontinent. The pakoras, kachoris, jalaibis (all types of pakwan) are popular in this season.
