The conflict here is over the nature of the growth… The NATURE OF THE growth was such that it excluded a large number of people, its was isiolated to certain parts of the country, and it comprised sectors of the economy that dont really provide mch in terms of employment.
The fact that Pakistans economy has excluded so many means that the rich poor gap has widened. So while on the surface Pa economy has grown, its hasnt benefited anyone but some 10-12 percent of the country.
