that is different…i’ve never seen or heard this gaali galauj rasam taking place in paRhe likhe shorafaa…it happens in uneducated lower class of people [jolaahe etc]

i’m a strong opponent of this zaat paat culture. what i mentioned is mere observation.

I think culture (good or bad) belongs to lower class (people who are attached with the land like jolaha, etc). Upper class people (shurafa) don’t got any culture, they just got ‘log kia kahen ge’.
