If Bangla win today they will have 6 points. If England beat Windies they will have 7 points and will qualify. Bangla won't beat South Africa. Even if that game is rained off and they get another point (=7), England would qualify on better NRR. So all England has to do is beat Windies (easier said than done)

A good convincing win for Bangladesh against Netherlands. They were almost written off after the dismal performance against Windies. Now they are going to be challenging Saffies.
