my mom makes this delish banana ka salan and chapaati. she essentially caramelizes them. slice the bananas in small circles, add some oil to your pan, fry the bananas with sugar to taste and tada! so freaking delish!

ok one thing which no one has suggested to u...eat as much bananas as u can in breakfast..then have ur normal khana wana but make sure u dont take any sweet dish /meetha til the end of the day...and u wud be losing ur weight in days...this i was told by one of my friends...we r doing it these days...i have already lost 3 kgs...!

Banana bread and banana muffins are yum. You can also mash them up and throw them in your pancake batter...Make smoothies...Banana toffee even (But I think you need firm bananas for that, not ripe ones)...
