The push factor that he is mentioning is long term, and frankly I dont think we have got any time left now (thanks to our army), and for doing that we will need to improve our relations with US, India and Afghanistan which I dont think will improve unless the Kashmir, and Pakistani longing for strategic depth (Afghanistan) is sorted out.
