This mayar is only followed by sulimani balochs who are neighbors of pashtuns so i am pretty sure that it is influence of Pashtuns on them.

why can’t Balochs who are not in neighbor of Pashtun have a moral code as good as Pashtunwali. Even I can see many things mentioned in OP being followed in Sindh.
