This is complete fiction. But its interesting to ask is why would anyone think India is in favor of breaking up Pakistan?
It would just create a number of small unstable muslim states at Indias borders that are prone to Islamic fundamentalism and would likely be a constant source of problems. At least right now they have someone they can hold responsible when something goes wrong in India...
