The title is misleading. Let's change it to 'Lord Bugti, champion of human rights in Balochistan, and his comrades currently drinking Vodka and reminiscing about commie era in his cave, ask Hindustan through their Blogspot emissaries living in Europe and America, to break up Pakistan'.
Technicalities about the title aside, I don't think Indians are that foolish. They have literate people among them, and can comprehend Pakistan's Space Threshold of Nuclear Doctrine. Indian army, with its massive resources can break or nuke Pakistan, but they wouldn't be able to celebrate their victory for the next few decades.
Lord Bugti should cool it.
