I like to make imitation Sbarro's (fast food Italian) ziti.

Ingredients:

tomato sauce
shredded romano cheese
mozzarella cheese
ricotta cheese
salt/pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
Ziti Pasta

*Procedure: * Cook the pasta "el dente" according to the box instructions. In a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with half of the romano cheese and half of the mozzarella, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. You'll get a pinkish looking mixture. Only use about 1/2 of the romano because it's a rather strong cheese. And reserve half of the mozarella to sprinkle on top of the dish toward the end. Also.......you can choose to reserve half of the tomato sauce if you wish to add it to the top of the dish after it is done cooking.

Take the cooked pasta and drain it. Add the pink mixture from above to the ziti pasta and coat it well. Take a baking dish.....pour some tomato sauce on the bottom to prevent pasta from sticking. Spread coated pasta mixture in dish. Sprinkle the top with remaining mozarella cheese. Bake in oven for about 12-15 minutes or untill the cheese on top has melted.
