Yes, there is good in it, but there's also material in there that is not in accord with Quran and Sunnah. Unfortunately, I do not have the book on hand; therefore, I cannot provide you with examples.
If I were you, I'd rather get a book by a publisher like Dar-us-Salam or any other reputable publisher/author that deals with women's issues strictly in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
