I agree with you that I added to their ego problem but firstly I don’t really have time to hunt around for alternatives and secondly the reason why I didn’t say anything rude is because I have self respect. I’m not the type of person to create a scene in front of ten other people.
And I know for a fact that me not giving them business wont make an ounce of a difference to their attitude.
