I suggest u contact u're derm and get back on those oral antibiotics, they really take care of the acne for good! Then I suggest u get a salicylic peel done..it works wonders on active acne as well =)
To lighten the marks/scars u can use traces of eldopaque and retin a mixed together every alternate night on the marks. You can use benzomic or skinoren during the day...never leave home without a good sunblock!
Wash u're face with a mild medicated facewash...
