Don’t you have faith in your products? Most other retailers say try our product free and if you don’t like it, you get your money back less shipping and handling. I’m thinking I’d rather get a Snugglie - it’s a safer bet :hinna:
Well ofcourse we do, that’s why we’re selling them. It’s just that we can’t trust what happens to them once the buyer takes them off our hands. For all your know, a softie becomes a stick carrier once he’s taken away from us.
