In general I have tended to stay away from saying much in this forum, cause as the admin says, these are supposedly self regulating forums. however there are some things that just “sitting on the fence” I feel would not only be bad but would actually mean i approve of them.
One of these isssue is the nicks people choose. in general people should be given quite a bit of freedom in what they are allowed to use , afterall they are going to be identified with it on here, but some I think are just used in real bad taste. One of those been “killinspre”. Considering the recent spate of school shootings in the US (the last one been a Prof last week), i think this is a nick this forum could actually do without. It is very inconsiderate of the people who are actually affected by the violence and if it is any indicator of the type of person the human behind the nick is then even more so.
As much as we value our freedom and our civil liberties, there in actuallty has to be a limit and a rule at which you take a stance.
