There was a colleague/friend of my husband…very very good looking and fit. She even helped him find a job but I just couldn’t make myself to invite her over for a supper. Call me insecure but that’s how I reacted.

I’ve learned the long way round never to judge people on looks.
Some of the bestest people I know are the one’s I wouldn’t have even spat at before, let alone be friends with. Er. Okay ‘spat at’ is a bit strong, but you know what I mean.
Also, I’ve learned from assuming that ‘pretty’ women have it all, or are trampy or whatever, half the time they have such horrible lives that I can only admire them for being the women they are today.
I have ugly friends and average friends and beautiful, drop-dead gorgeous friends. But any man can tell you how an ‘average looking woman’ can be transformed by her charism. and vice versa with good looking peoples.
