Well guys I am not sure how many of you heard Bob Willis comments at the end, he bashed Gavaskar left right centre, he said "his selection was wrong, if world of cricket thinks he is the Guru of cricket, absolutely rubbish, bringing substitute in one dayers, totally ridiculous, its like the team who wins the toss is playing 12 against 10" also I loved his comments about Rudi, he specifically mentioned decision which went against Inzi and Boucher, he said they did not came all the way to get wrong decisions, Rudi referred the decisions which he shouldnt have and he didn't which he should have,
He also said that in Internation empires, all other empires were brilliant and international level but not RUDIIIIIIIIIII. He also commented on Rudi's comments before the match.
Guys if Inzi' gets the wrong decision, and if he is been getting wrong decision in the past series, as you remember from last australian series, then how on earth his stats going to be good??????
none of the World XI players will have had any motivation or fire to play in this series. not to say they just didn't try, but they naturally will not be motivated to play in what they know to be a meaningless series. playing for the pride of your country is different from a joke series like this one. one can always say "oh well they should always play their hardest in any match"...but that just isn't human nature or realistic.
Australia had every advantage going into this...Ashes loss motivation, national pride, team cohesion, etc. etc.
