Does it matter how they performed in tamasha cricket??? They played EXTREMELY well when it mattered the most and they did not need to prove themselves anymore, Pietersen has played extremely well against South Africa and Australia in ODI’s and was the highest scorer (on both sides) in his debut series:eek: how cna you question his ability???

Flintoff was Man of the series and that explains everything, are you an Aussie by any chance niz_b???

f&b, look at the scorecard, Inzi wasn't the only flop in this innings. Take a look at Lara, Dravid, and Boucher. They sucked in ODIs and Test. So stop complaining about Inzi.

But isn't Inzi a match winner? When everybody else fails, isn't Inzi supposed to be the one to perform? Or have the rules that are being used to judge other "greats" don't apply to Inzi?

Just kidding.. seriously, you cannot judge the World XI's performance by these games.. nor should you be ridiculing a player for failing in a game. It only goes to show that cricket is a game of uncertainities, whatever be the level of cricket.

Yes..But their(Dravid & Lara) past record in AUS suggest otherwise. It can be taken as one bad inning.Inzi past record in AUS is sucky at best.
Inzi definitly has won many matches and much better than mfny big names ( hint hint sachin) in this respect. But when it comes to playing on Fast bouncy wicket he is another flat track bully like Azharuddin, Zaheer Abbas, Vengsarkar,Rameez Raja.
