That's great. As a pakistani fan, you should hope WI loses all the matches to Australia and Pakistan beats WI 2-1 to make it to the finals. Once in the finals, Aus will crush Pak 2-0 in Sydney.

I think its about time, there should be a tiered approach in ODI/Test structure. Australia should be in Tier 1, and should only play with Australia B team. If they desire they can add Australia C team or Western Australia B Team in that Tier too.

Other test playing countries should be in Tier 2, and must be protected from playing Tier 1 teams at all costs. Its bad for morale and hazardous for health for the two tiers to mix up.

so how are you gonna know when someone becomes a Tier 1?

I think Australia should be stripped of its Test status, they should fix their domestic cricket to what Pakistan’s was till a few days back. Their cricket sucks, big time.

For Tier 2 teams, Tier 1 will be as if it doesn't even exist. Its not there. We don't play with them. We don't visit them. We don't even care what happens to them. Within Tier 2, matches will be interesting. Both teams will go into the game with atleast a fair chance of winning. Ah!!! paradise.
