Yes in our des, we do see women giving gaalis more readily. When men do, it’s very obnoxious for sure.
But here is an example of something I experienced personally.
Many years ago, I was in Karachi for a wedding. Hubby, I, MIL, BIL wer driving through town and stopped at a traffic light. all these kids selling things stopped by and went. Then a beggar lady stopped by my side of the window and asked for money. I was instructed to look straight and avoid her because you know how it is, you give one, the entire clan shows up. So madamji gets pissed off at me and starts giving gaalis. She said: “hai hai, Allah tujhay kaaley laakey bachey dey, itnay kaaley ki tu roye!”
Fraz kero ky admi mujhy kiya kosna dy ga ziad sy ziada,
“GN Tu mar jaay”
or mera jwab ho ga,
"Allah kery agly janam main meri shadi tery sath ho jaay phir tujhy dikhaon gi duniya main jahanam kiya hota hy******tu maut ki dua mangy ga or tujhy maut bhi nahi aiy gi kaliya"
