Do you think british pakistani's even hav the right to celebrate independence day??..surely we dnt as our parents left Pakistan and turned their backs on the country looking for a better life abroad..so because im not born there do i still celebrate being paksitani or not??
I visit the country..spend my hard earned £'s there, promote the tourism, support the pakistani cricket team- probably more than the english cricket team, eat the pak food, speak the language..wear the clothes occasionally..
I think ive come to the concolusion- PAKISTAN ZINDABAD..no matter where u are in the world a little bit of Pakistan is with you always..u can take the person out of Pakistan but u cant take the pakistan out of the person... :)
