I don't tend to hold grudges against anyone for soo long - if someone does then I can't help them.
that's a nice excuse but fact of the matter is that your grudge is still there in the form of warning.... if you do not hold any grudge, then, accept it and get it deleted... otherwise, you do have grudges no matter what you write...
