Re: attention PPP supporters...
The question should be "after the pathetic and incompetent and full of corruption performance of the current govt under the brainless leadership of luteray Zardari will you be mad enough to vote for PPP again?"

Re: attention PPP supporters…
I am too looking since long ,What a fool people here who think that a most dirty and more selfish fool can help them .
Re: attention PPP supporters...
No, the dirtiest man cannot help us!
Has the present government helped the nation in anything?
Balochistan? WOT? Energy? Pakistan Railways? PIA? PSO? NICL? Economy?
These were some highlights of this tenure, which surprises will they give us if they are given another term?
Re: attention PPP supporters...
Who can help you in Balochistan , Here are you some expert of Baluchistan , Agencies are using all powers . Who can ask them to not to do so . They can create any memo gate , They can kill anyone any time ,Who can stop them .
Re: attention PPP supporters…
Oh for sure . People like Imran Khan . What a filthy filthy person . Look how dishonest and drama queen he is . As our highest intellect and his past tell us that he’ll be most corrupt leader ever . Going to be a complete failure .
I would say , Imran Khan skew you , you don’t deserve us . We are nation of pure and Pak people . No one can be better than our spiritual leader Zardari .
Jiya Bhutooooo ![]()
as a side note , I wonder if we really deserve Imran Khan as a nation ??? I doubt .

Re: attention PPP supporters...
^ :), jiyay bhutto
Re: attention PPP supporters...
would you vote for PPP again in next elections (whenever they are held) ?
WHY?
Yes, Bhutto abhi bhi zinda hai.
Re: attention PPP supporters...
Look at the performance of PML(N) and loti PTI without vision. Yes I will vote for PPP which is still better among all dysfunctional political parties. I will still vote for PPP being still a national party which has been facing conspiracies since 2008, I don't see any miracles by any other party keeping in view prevailing conditions in Pakistan.
So, the only reasonable response:
"PPP is a national party which has been facing conspiracies"
Excellent reason for voting leeches back into power. God save us.
Re: attention PPP supporters…
I defense of Zardari & Co, I think govt has done well under the circumstances (keeping in mind that when PPP took over country was in total mess). Lets looking some of the achievements of the govt instead of blinding condemning it.
When PPP took over Taliban were not too far from Islamabad & people were predicting how/when Islamabad was going to be captured by jihadis terrorists (read some old threads here).
Unlike previous govts, (both Mush and NS) PPP hasn’t gone after its political opponents and for 1st time history its trying to accommodate oppositions the way in should in a democratic set up.
Notwithstanding right wing media propaganda, economy is doing reasonably well (exports to cross 25 billions dollars).

NFC
There are less number of terrorist attacks today then anytime since 2007.
Inclusion of Gilgit-Baltistan as de-facto 6th province (long demanded by people of the region).
Unanimous passage of 18th Amendment.
Extension of political parties Act to FATA.
etc, etc, etc.
Re: attention PPP supporters...
Re: attention PPP supporters...
True, but there was validity to the argument when Swat was being negotiated and given to Taliban if only they confined themselves to Swat. IK was all for it.

4. Errr.....not really their achievement. Anyway.
Its an achievement b/c its constitutional requirement that be fulfilled every 5 years, but it wasn't done since 1991. I think that's an achievement.

5. Shouldn't the military be taking credit for that. After all people blame the military for not doing enough when we have bomb blasts. So when we have less all of a sudden the government is responsible?
So, you expect govt to fight? Its military's job to do it & that is what they get paid to do. If govt is to be blamed for law and order problem than it should get credit when law and order improves. (Btw, military is going to be there no matter who is running the country.)

6. Unanimous is operative here.
You can't have unanimity unless you can accommodate others. That was the point.
Re: attention PPP supporters…
As far as routing terrorists from FATA is concerned, even PPP supporters on this forum claim that the foreign policy and internal affairs are with the army that means that routing terrorists from FATA or reduction in terror attacks in the country are not part of their success stories. If they will have to take the credit for that then they need to take the credit for drones and Balochistan issue too (this covers points 1 and 5). The cosmetic changes to FCR are not enough as well, as the law needs to be replaced and FATA needs to be brought into the main stream. No Pakistani political party can go and conduct jalsas in FATA or meet people there even now without the nod from the political agent. As far as economy is concerned textile is predicted to lose around 20-25 % this financial year (due to the energy and gas crisis). To check how the economy is doing check that in perspective with budget deficit which is increasing alarmingly for the past many years.
NFC, 18th amendment,Gilgit Baltistan legislation and reconciliation (to protect the corrupt) can be considered the pluses of the government.

In that case, what else is left? If army controls everything (external/internal) why blame govt?
Re: attention PPP supporters…
There have been mega mega corruption scandals in this government (which have never been seen in our country’s history), here’s the latest IMF report regarding Pakistan’s economy.

ask the ppp walas, they want to take credit for FATA operations but for drones, spies running around the country, Balochistan and the likes they blame army for that...
Re: attention PPP supporters...
^^^ Its half empty glass argument. If people don't pay taxes govt has 2 options to pay employes print money or borrow.
Just to keep things in proper context unemployment in the US is 8.3% according to latest figs.
But that was less than half the pace needed to absorb two million new workers in the market every year, it said, while unemployment and underemployment remain higher than the official 6.6 per cent rate.

And, all those things started since PPP took over? Come on lets be honest.
Re: attention PPP supporters...
The thing is that I havent seen any Economic policy of the government. Considering the corruption scandals worth billions of dollars, energy crisis, gas shortages, and terrorism if the economy of the country is still afloat that shows the resilience of the people. If there is stability in the country coupled with sound economic policies the country has the potential to flourish.
