Ban of loud-speakers should be year-round, some one sitting in the rest room does not need to hear what mullah is saying in a masjid… what happens in masjid should stay in masjid literally
Lets not try changing what others do, if they want to do maatam then let them … however, for public law and order doing it in confined areas should be okay.
