Good, but still this is a big security lapse. Seriously I don't remember an attack of this scale happening even in Afghanistan.

Ali I am sorry. That is bull****. In my three years there they entered the airport multiple times. They got on to ISAF bases. They overran ISAF bases in Kunar and the Pech Valley. They attacked the US embassy twice. They got into the NDS main HQ. They got into traing academies for the police and army.

Without jumping to any conclusions, and keeping in line with trickle of unconfirmed information, it is reported that Indian weapons were found on the dead terrorists. If it is confirmed, it would behoove the Government to have the nerve to call a spade a spade, and ensure that Indian Administration is put on the hot seat to answer some real tough questions, almost a decade worth of them. This wouldn’t be the first time armed forces find Indian weaponry in the wrong hands; it was the same news in Swat clean up as well.

Now we wait, and see if it comes back confirmed. I’m not entirely sure how credible quoting a no-name Rangers Spokesperson is; they do a poor job keeping peace in Karachi. Would rather wait to hear from Minister of Information/Interior or ISPR.

The bodies of 10 people including ASF officials were brought to Jinnah Hospital a few hours into the attack, along with 15 injured.
At least four terrorists have also been killed. A rocket launcher and four SMGs were recovered from the slain terrorists.
One suicide bomber blew himself up during the attack, injuring one security personnel.
A Rangers spokesperson claimed, “Indian arms and ammunition” were found on the bodies of the terrorists.

Why forged IDs are easy for such sensitive areas? Why is there no protocol of verifying if anyone is expected to enter airport premises or not at a certain time? There are many questions which need to be answered.

I think agencies are as active and efficient as the government of the time. If the government gives clear directives, and no-exceptions deadlines with little room for failure, we will see results. PM Nawaz Sharif's response to this has been a good one, and he directed the proper resources with clear expectation to clear the airport.

this is THE POINT.
how many times have we heard that Indian weapons have been secured in last few years…

if those allegations are true, why cant we make it a huge diplomatic issue…call International press conference, have most senior ISI and army officials present those weapons and then Ch nisar shd make some serious demands to Indian counterpart.

We shd make a huge noise diplomatically in all international capitals that India is sponsoring terrorism in pakistan

now if our government/establishment doesn’t do any of this, then lets keep our mouth shut and stop blaming india for our incompetence. Please note our case is not that strong because unlike Mumbai incidence, all these animals terrorists are pakistani or from central asia. We have not captured a single indian terrorist in these attacks.
