Actually in Medina the prophet (SAWS) got a 'mosque' demolished. That says a lot about what constitutes a mosque. I think Muslims have forgotten how sacred mosques are supposed to be. We have reduced it to a pile of concrete with a dome and minaret on top. A mosque is a house of God - any place that does not respect the sanctity of God's message and his creation and instead teaches twisted interpretations of the message - interpretations which include the killing of God's innocent creation - is not a mosque. Allowing such places to stay in existence is what's unIslamic.
