Well, not anymore. Now they have 12 hrs blackout daily. These are signs of industrial boom according dictator's supporters.

My area I will dmit has had some boom times. Im from the same village tha the governor of Punjab was from, the last one that is.. So we saw a lot of development at the time... Also, every other house has someone in the Army...
Two Years back the govt opened a huge cement factory to take advatage of the lime deposits in the area which has created job oppurtunities...
But this growth is very limited... I didnt see this sort of investment in to many other villages. So I cant imagine what village or areas that dont have the Army on their side have to do to get even the smallest investment in their well being.
