OK, I just went on youtube and watched the video for 'doorie' because I'd never heard of this cat, can I just say that this guy is just a talentless hack with trite lyrics? Why is Pakistani music for the most part still in the 1990's? The same old tired guitar solos, the same old sound, still using synthesized drums and not the real deal, it's just getting old..

OH, and the girl in the video looks like the wrestler chyna, gag

Sure, he's got an indian flavour to his music but still it DOES sound Paki. It was said the same about Jal, that their music sounded bolly-like, but yea still one can tell. Even Ali Zafar's latest, sounds less paki. I sorta agree with you too, as to the fact that we should maintain our "originality" its kinda fading out and all, but i guess the obvious difference would always remain since we sing in urdu and they, in hindi. =D
The last bit does make sense, i just didn't quite put it right rofl blah thats just my say. :)
