Thank you ALL for your replies and the warm welcome…
Though I have returned to GS but 
I am so busy these days (with my orientation program) that I hardly get time to come on my desk - cause I am spending most of my time in the Plant and going through the operational activities). InshaÁllah from 1-1-2005 I will full-fledge take over my new responsibilities in this company. I may not come on GS often during the day time but I will try to log in during the evenings (if I can find a cafe near to my place - Satwa (those who are in Dubai can reach me on my mobile _________PM me to have my # ).
