Refined sugar is NOT natural.

Fructose, allegedly a "good" sugar", is in fact linked to obesity. Fructose seems to make people fat, no matter how much they exercise.

Also, if you are a diabetic, then you have no choice...you're much better off with moderate doses of the artificial stuff than the real stuff. Moderation is the key.

If you're drinking a half-gallon of pop a day, you really need to revisit your diet.
