Difference
Shane Warne was found using some drug to lose weight which also masks performance enhacing drug. Aussie board gave him punishment no question asked no excuses made.

Mohd Asif is found guilty of drug cheating PCB makes excuses and thereby aasif gets away without punishment.. This idiot never learns and again is found guilty of drug abuse. This time matetr is out of pakistani hand and hence the punishment befalls .

See the difference..

PCB made excuses, yes asif went to bollywood for the last one year.
