Jones injury is a big reprieve for aussies in any case and they might make a match of it. Ardent aussie supporters will say that this is another fight back by them but I doubt that. The way Aussies have been bullied in this series is a sight to behold and mark end of a dominant era (doesnt matter what the result of the series is).

Ponting’s reaction summed up the aussie frustration and the way they have been treated in this series.

Clarke will score a big hundred tomorrow and Australia will give them around 200 something to chase. Warne will bowl England out on a weary pitch. Vaughan should have batted again and should have given them a target of around 500 or so and 2 days to chase them. This decision might cost him.

If Jones had not gotten injured England would have won this match for sure. Still England has a chance to win the match and I doubt Clarke making a hundred speically the way England Captain is using his bowlers will trap Clarke.

Hopefully simons injury won’t hurt england alot. Other 3 pacers are very much capable of getting wickets. However if australia manage to give england a 200+ target than it will be very interesting 4th innings chase. I think a century from clark, katich or gilchrist will be very handy.
