Yeah... This crap goes on all the time... Fortunately, not many Pakistanis pay taxes, but still rather disturbing, considering that money could be much better spent.

thats one of the reasons people avoid paying taxes.... such looters of public wealth would have taken 200+ free-loaders had there more people paying taxes.
