With all due respect, is this about the people of Kashmir, or is it about what is in Pakistan’s best strategic interest?

Pragmatically speaking, its about both the people of Kashmir and strategic issues. We cannot ignore our strategic goals while pursuing peaceful settlement of disputed Kashmir with India.
