I do not see any flaw (yet :)) in this logic, with my limited knowledge of all the issues. Does this mean that the portion of Kashmir (Azad Kashmir) that now belongs to Pakistan, will also be given up to form this independent country? If that is the case, then, this seems like a reasonable proposal. (In the coming weeks, I would like to get more informed in this area, and then get back to you with my opinion)
