They just want to know that you can good the job, are motivated, will fit in, they may try to put you under pressure just to see how you cope. Try to build a rapport with the interviewer that always help.
Me too, i'm involved in recruitment too within the organisation i work for - u just got to smile now and again and act confident (even if u dont feel it)...

Disco...getting stressed does not help...you need to find a way to cope with stress. I would just ask a friend to interview you a few times, so that you become a bit relaxed about the interview.
