Things are good! Did my back in yesterday so had to sleep on floor! But I am much better today!

my weekend was cool, had dat dawat on saturday and sunday was chilled, shopping, household chores, meeting up wid sum mates..

Hahaha...well I did have a lot of fun but that was on Saturday.

Sunday went to gym and after about half an hour felt this pain in my back and could not continue. This is the first time it has happened. Stayed up for a few hours and then decided that it was best to lie down and just lay on the floor reading a book and ended up sleeping on the floor flat on my back. It wasn't too bad though and felt much better this morning. I hope I am ok by Wednesday.

Seems like you had a busy weekend as well. I suppose you are having some leftovers from the weekend for lunch?

sorry to hear about that, back pain is one of the worst pains ever, i kno bcos i did my back in when i first moved into my place, i was lifting heavy goods, such as TV, Sound Sytem, Microwaves, and also attempted lifting/moving the refrigerator....i get very impatient and as my bro's didnt turn up on time to help out i thought id take on d tasks myself, but ended up doing more damage, cos i was off-work for about 3 weeks, couldnt drive, had difficulty wid sleeping, sitting and walking too - so it was a rough xperience.. i think dat heat rub helps though as it eases pain.

btw, ur absolutely right - i did bring in leftovers from dawat - i bought chicken pilau with chicken curry - i made d curry and mum made the rice, she thinks i make better curries than her, wuld u beleive it,,,
