Well Kayani won't (Mush would outlive Kayani's tenure - due to expire in Nov. 2010 - as COAS) but the next COAS might. Musharraf is dheet and beghairat like anything and won't quit easily. A coup against Mush by the military is very unlikely so unless he is assassinated Mush is here to stay
