As far as drone attacks are concerned Musharraf is blamed for that (starting the attacks I agree where as less than 10 drone attacks were carried out during Musharraf's time), and during this regime more than 330 drone attacks have been carried out. So who is responsible for that (most of the blame will go to the army, but what about the government?). If they couldnt rein in the army they should have resigned.
