Frankly i don't understand whats all the fuss about this bill. There isn't anything new in it. All these clauses about nuclear proliferation, terrorism, Lashkar - e- toiba, cross border things, all are the ones for which Pakistan (officially) has pledged to take action even without receiving any aid.
And this Kamran Khan dude is trying his best to get Nawaz into condemning this bill, i dunno what his motive is.
