Kiyani should have no business blasting the bill. People who are now appreciating Kiyani were so oppose to Army's involvement into political/govt matters in Mush's era. If Kiyani (or Army) has any reservation, they should internally tell Defense Minister and thats all.
Most probably thats why Kiyani met with Shahbaz Sharif, and now both Kiyani and PML(N) are going all cylinders against bill.
Having said all this, I personally is against the terms in the bill and I think Govt should not accept the Aid on these terms
I Agree, But i think the reason he is coming out in public is because he must be concerened that if he doesnt go public with his disliking of the bill then PPP ( read Zardari) might still be able to get it approved despite all the opposition to it by other parties!
