from what i have heard - disagreeing respectfully will help immensely, in a argument b/w a couple.
also, sometimes, people need to get quiet and not talk, until things cool down, and then in an educated and clean-minded and clean-hearted manner, open up to each other, with the grievances.
its ideal to not carry on the argument to the next day.
even when it takes place at night. finish it, clear it then and there.
saying sorry later or at first, is not the criterion for feeling a upper hand, since one said it…
the idea is to say it with all one’s heart.
research shows that when couple fight - their distress can be strong enough to affect their immune systems, their wounds won’t heal or if they do, it will be so slowly. the sooner the better.
hmm…ending of the argument can be another argument, or a hug.
emotionally distancing oneself, or cribbing won’t get anyone anywhere.
take your pick!

Mashallah, all you ladies are coping with your husbands pretty well; then where are the abusing, bi$ching, over-powering husbands who everyone loves to talk about.
Arguments are a natural part of any relationship. I am not marrying myself, so how can I expect no arguments with my spouse. And who does not love arguing?

I’m not married but I’v been with my husband to be for over 3 years and I lurrrrrrrv arguing with him and winding him up and he does the same to me, it’s the making up part thats the best. Or sometimes we just burst out laughing in the middle of an argument when we realise what we’re actually arguing about.
