This year the differences seem to be really bad. Here in Europe we have our 2nd Roza today, while Ramadan in the US has just started today. And in Pakistan it is even more delayed.
So when we will have the 3rd of Ramadan it will be the first day of fasting in Pakistan.

The differences are logical. The moon was not visible in North America on MOnday night, so how could we possibly start Ramazan on Tuesday?
On the other hand, in Europe, the moon was visible on Monday night.
The reality is because of the relative positions of difference point of the earth, the moon and the sun, it is physical impossible for Ramazan to start on the same day across the world, because the moon will never be visible on the same night on all the continents.
The lunar calendar neccesitates that difference continents have different months.
