Do you sometimes feel that your internet/computer usage is unhealthy? Spending more time online than offline?

I was just going through an article which covered computer addiction, its symptoms and tips to help. And it got me thinking. Half of us are addicts when it comes to frequent computer usage.

I spend almost half my day on my computer. Studying, working, entertainment; everything included. I am not an internet addict but I think I’m a computer addict. =(

What about yourself?

Why must everything have a psychological reason ? In this day and age, if you’re still using paper to pay your bills then think of the earth, think of storage issues! So if we are using computers for banking and filing and documentation and communication in addition to work/assignments, I don’t see it as an addiction but the need of the times.
