Sour candy!! :rotfl:

Re: Are you a nerd?

I deserve sweet candy.

Re: Are you a nerd?

(i edited the spellings)

Re: Are you a nerd?

thank you. I also edited.

Re: Are you a nerd?

I kinda like the abbreviations nerdy game here. Will make it a usual appearance here. Lets see how these go ehre first, even C&technology ones..

APECED
FROM

Lets keep this rolling everyone

PS Saby, we know there are no nerds in C&IT :snooty:

Re: Are you a nerd?

 we have nerds there.

Re: Are you a nerd?

Alright, maybe I should withdraw APECED- it's too tough i think. But you medicine people should be able to guess FROM (bug clue- it's ortho related)

Re: Are you a nerd?

ortho related :hmmm:
FROM- FRacture Of Maxilla?

Re: Are you a nerd?

^no, but you're good mA!

FROM- full range of motion, used for range of motion descriptions in ortho. Also used are NROM/PROM (normal/partial range of motion)

Re: Are you a nerd?

CT SCAN is CT SCAN, lol. Never bothered finding out what the CT stood for.

Anyway, I don't know many sciency abbreviations so here goes:

CERN
CDC
CFC
DNR

Re: Are you a nerd?

CT: computed tomography
DNR: do not resuscitate
CDC: center for disease control

no idea what CERN or CFC is..

Re: Are you a nerd?

Computer Science related terms.
CORBA
UML

Re: Are you a nerd?

SCUBA: self contained underwater breathing apparatus
AM: Ante Meridiem
PM: Past Merfidiem

Re: Are you a nerd?

CFC- ChloroFluoroCarbons
CERN- Something…European Research Nuclear (know it from Da vinci code :p)

Clueless about all of STA’s :konfused:

Re: Are you a nerd?

Sheesh how did i not think of such simple ‘full range of motion’!! :smack:
