I hate waking anytime before 10:45ish. unless its for something im looking forward to. but once i'm up, i'm fine and ready to face the day whereas sometimes when i have a lie in, which i love to do, afterwards i feel a bit lethargic. soooooo i'm just a strange person

ahhh, but the question is indeed valid, if you travel a lot then whether or not you are a morning person depends on a host of factors, including which timezone you are in :)
I am a major morning person when I am i west coast for work, send me to Europe for a few days and I can barely drag myself out of bed.

I am a morning person. day starts 05:00 - 05:30 hrs. i am up and running after a shower and a cup of coffee. on weekends I laze around till 11:00 if I had slept around 3-4 in the morning.
