I don’t have statistics or research to back my claim but my ballpark figure makes me claim that two out of three Pakistani Adults are at an unhealthy weight , which is almost 25pc being obese .

If you think same as my assumption , tell us

Are we a nation of fatties ?

Are we there or we have a long way to go ?

And who to blame … Food culture , parents or individual ?
